SARCASM INK RETURNS POLICY

At Sarcasm Ink we want you to love what you order, but In the unlikely event you’re unhappy with your garment, please let us know immediately, within 7 Days of the delivery date of the order as follows:

Email us at Sarcasm@SarcasmInk.com.au with;

  1. Your Name & Email Address.
  2. The date of your purchase.
  3. Your order number.
  4. What you would like to return
  5. Why you want to return it.
  6. A photo of the garment (or fault).

Once received we will try our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive a faulty garment(s) or they were not as ordered (manufacturing or printing issue, wrong design), please email a photo of the fault to us as above.

Once approved we will print and ship the item again at no cost to you and provide information for the return of the faulty garment.

Unfortunately, we are not able to assist if you have - changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, entered the wrong delivery address or if the item is stained or has noticeable wear and tear.

MISSING PARCELS
It's supposed to be Australia Post's responsibility to deliver the parcel and that's what you pay them to do. Missing parcels are rare but they do happen occasionally. We will try to resolve this issue, but missing parcels are technically NOT our responsibility.

If a parcel in marked "Delivered" by Australia Post, we consider that final and any dispute should be with them.
